Delivery Fees

Items which are Sold & Fulfilled by RubberNeck or our Merchants may come straight to you from our merchant's boutiques. It will take between 2-4 working days (5 for East Malaysia) for the items to be delivered. Please refer to the table below for the delivery charges:

Delivery and its merchants aim to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.

Our aim is to have your items shipped to you as fast as possible. Therefore if you have purchased more than 1 item, you may receive your purchases at different times.

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.

To track your order, please use the tracking ID sent to you in the confirmation email your items have been shipped out. As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered product.

In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect or is missing from your order please follow the directions in our FAQ or contact Customer Service [email protected]


Exchanges are only accepted for defective item(s) or for the same item(s) in different size(s). Should you wish to exchange your item(s), you have 7 days upon receiving the item(s) to exchange your order. Please contact RubberNeck’s Customer Service to initiate the exchange at [email protected]

Please ensure that the item(s) have not been worn and are in their original packaging. To ensure a pleasant shopping experience for you, there will be no courier charges incurred to you if you dropped off your exchange parcel at official Pos Laju offices using the consignment note that is provided to you when you received your ordered item(s). If you choose to use an alternative courier service, their general courier charge will apply to you. Failure to mail us the item(s) with the consignment note provided may also void your exchange transaction.

You are responsible for all goods sent until they arrive at our warehouse. Please ensure to package the goods well to prevent damage. Once Quality Control has inspected the exchanged item(s), we will aim to process your exchange within 5 business days. Once your exchange has been processed, we will mail out the exchanged item(s) to the same mailing address.
